Each one of our regional offices has build-to-order manufacturing facilities in addition to locally accessible inventory. Comtronic also has centers in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Halifax. Comtronic employs in over of 120 people across Canada.
Comtronic distributes its own PC lines, manufactured by Comtronic Computer Centre, as well as computer components; peripherals; network hardware; and software from leading vendors. The company carries products directly from vendors such as AMD, AOpen, Apacer, ATI Technologies, BenQ, ECS, Fujitsu, Intel, KDS, Microsoft, Panasonic, Samsung, Sapphire, Surecom and Western Digital. Comtronic Computers currently supplies and services over 2800 resellers, including system integrators, retail outlets, VARs, and other distributors. Along with computer distribution, Comtronic is currently expanding their manufacturing and service offerings. Comtronic employs over 30 people in its service and technical support department. The service and technical staff specialize in a number of computer related areas including: PC repair and maintenance, electronic technology, computer engineering, network installation, solution providing and computer programming. Each member of the service and technical team has extensive industry experience in dealing with computer problems and projects of a diverse nature and wide scope. The comprehensive service staff at Comtronic has a knowledgeable force of computer and electronic technicians, engineers and specialists. Comtronic is committed to providing their customers with quality components and services. For quality assurance purposes, strict standards have been enacted. Conformance to specified guidelines at each phase of installation is required of each service or technical staff involved with any given project or production processes. The established quality system covers servicing, production, installation, final inspection, and testing and is understood, implemented and maintained by all levels within the organization.
